What areas of Pennsylvania do you provide home care services?
We provide home care in: Montgomery County, PA including Willow Grove, Jenkintown, Elkins Park, Norristown, Conshohocken; Northeast Philadelphia, Philadelphia. We also serve clients in Bucks County, PA including Warminster, Warrington, Langhorne and Bristol.

Can we choose a specific caregiver?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on matching the best caregiver to the client’s needs. That includes not just a caregiver’s skills and experience but also their personality and how they interact with the client.
Are the caregivers your employees?
Yes.
Who pays the caregiver?
We employ and pay our caregivers. This includes all payroll taxes to federal and local municipalities. You will not be liable to pay these taxes unless you hired a caregiver directly.
What kind of screening is performed on your caregivers?
All caregivers go through a very thorough and detailed screening process. This includes but is not limited to: Phone and in-person interviews, caregiver experience, reference checks, DMV check and criminal background check.
How do clients pay for your services?
Non medical home care services are not covered by regualr health insurance or Medicare. Non medical home care services are paid for mostly by direct private pay from personal financial resources. In some cases LTC (Long Term Care) insurance does provide a benefit for non medical home care.
Do you provide free in home care assessments?
Yes. This is a perfect opportunity to discover and address details about our client’s needs. It also allows us to meet you personally and to get to know each other.
Are you licensed by the state of Pennsylvania?
The state of Pennsylvania does not require non medical home care agencies to have a license. We are bonded, insured, and have special training and experience that qualifies us to care for our clients.
What about an emergency after business hours?
There is always a supervisor on call for emergencies and important matters 24/7, 365 days a year.
Do you charge overtime on holidays?
In accordance with most U.S. employment practices, time and a half is charged for all holidays.
